New Entertainment Complex For Narre Warren

The Grossi-Cardimone group will soon start construction of their $90 million Casey Towers project. The twin tower project will include new Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and Entertainment Venues as well as a Pokie Venue, Function Rooms and Hotel Suites.

117 New Stores for Fountain Gate??

Westfield has put forward plans to the City of Casey for a proposed expansion of the Fountain Gate shopping centre. Once approved, the $200 million proposal would mean an extra 117 new retail stores and 1 major department store for the existing Westfield complex.

Plans for a New $300m Narre Warren Main Street

On February 9th the City of Casey launched its $300 million vision for a new main street retail and mixed use development at Fountain Gate in Narre Warren, the economic heart of Melbourne's rapidly expanding south east growth corridor. The Casey Main Street development is set to be one of the largest projects to take place outside of the Melbourne CBD.
