We have properties available for renting in Narre Warren, Narre Warren South, Berwick, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Hallam, Hampton Park, Dandenong - Basically anywhere that you are looking to rent in Casey!

Once you have found a property that suits you and you have inspected it, you can apply for the property using our downloadable application form or the application form provided to you by the staff at the inspection. Once you have printed the form and filled in all of the necessary fields, you can submit this to us using the following methods:

• Email it to rentals@randrrealestate.com.au
• Post it to 13 Webb Street, Narre Warren 3805 - Attention Property Management Dept.

Photo ID and proof of income is required to be provided with all applications and applications cannot be processed without these.

Once your rental application is approved, you will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make the following payments.

• 1 Months Rent in Advance - Payable by Cash, Bank Cheque or Money order.
• Security Bond Payable by Bank Cheque or Money Order to R.T.B.A (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority)
